The crystalline technology reacts with moisture and by-products of cement hydration to form insoluble crystals within the concrete matrix, permanently blocking capillary pores and microcracks.

By incorporating crystalline waterproofing admixture directly into the concrete mix, the below-grade concrete structures of the Goose Bay development – including the foundation slab and retaining walls of the underground parking garage, and the swimming pool shell – benefit from enhanced durability, reduced maintenance requirements, and long-term protection against moisture intrusion in one of Poland's most demanding coastal environments.
